BRAND PRESENTATION AND LEADERSHIP MEETING
We will schedule time to review the Rusty Taco brand in more detail and have you meet with the Rusty Taco leadership to answer any questions and discuss desired areas of development. During this stage as things continue to progress, due diligence, including a financial inquiry, background check, and credit clearance will be conducted.

The desired Development territory will be finalized during this last stage, and once final approvals are given by Rusty Taco, Franchise and Development Agreements will be drafted.

Once Agreements are signed and fees paid, The Rusty Taco Team will work with you on reviewing all sites for development to ensure they match the criteria. Once a site is approved, we will continue to support you through the construction and the NRO process.

Whether pursuing a single unit or a multi‑unit portfolio, we look for operators ready to grow with Rusty Taco, who ideally have restaurant experience. The applying entity (or individual, if applying personally) must demonstrate a minimum of $500,000 in liquid capital and a net worth of at least $1,000,000. We also welcome strong business leaders who can bring on an Operating Partner to run operations.
