Training and operations support

Rusty Taco provides restaurants a 4 week Training to provide you with the knowledge and tools to operate a great Rusty Taco restaurant. Each location is supported by a dedicated Franchise Business Consultant who is ready to assist in all areas of operations to drive profitable sales.

  • 4-5 week training required for operating partner
  • For your first location, we will provide on-site opening assistance, typically 10 days
  • NRO Marketing plan will be designed to connect with your community
  • Ongoing business support from your Franchise Business Consultant
  • Catering programs and best practices are provided to maximize off-premise sales opportunities
  • Regular cadence of Quality, Service, Cleanliness visits by FBC
  • Director of Marketing will assist with on going marketing plans
  • Franchise Intranet provided to access all Rusty Taco materials
  • Franchisee Town Halls are scheduled regularly
  • Regular cadence of Franchise Communications

REAL ESTATE, design, & CONSTRUCTION

Our Real Estate team will offer support in identifying potential sites, and will work with you and your local broker in your designated market.

Franchisees are responsible for sourcing an architect and general contractor. Rusty Taco corporate has recommended architects and general contractors, if needed. The Rusty Taco Director of Construction will provide prototypical plans, review all architectural plans, assist with General Contractor bids and support the full construction phase. Upon turnover he will perform the final walk through to ensure the site meets our building requirements.

  • Minimum of 75,000 population in a 5 mile radius
  • Average median income of $50,000+
  • 2,200 to 2,600 square foot end cap, existing free standing or urban storefronts, including in-line
  • Excellent – tenant base, visibility to traffic patterns, ingress / egress, and signage opportunities
  • Adequate parking with one dedicated to-go space and designated patio
  • Non-traditional opportunities available, including airports, travel centers, college campus, and stadiums
